Glass greenhouse refers to a greenhouse that uses glass as a lighting material and belongs to a type of greenhouse. In cultivation facilities, glass greenhouse, as the longest form of service life, is suitable for use in various regions and climatic conditions.
1. Independent foundation. Usually reinforced concrete is used. In terms of construction methods, independent foundations can be divided into two types: fully cast-in-place and partially cast-in-place. Full cast-in-place is carried out using on-site formwork support and integral pouring methods; Partial cast-in-place methods are carried out by prefabricating foundation short columns and on-site pouring of foundation cushion layer. Two methods can be chosen according to specific circumstances. The cast-in-place method has the characteristics of good integrity and low cost; Partial cast-in-place methods have higher construction costs but faster construction speeds, making it easier to ensure construction quality.
2. Strip foundation. Usually, masonry structures (bricks, stones) are used, and construction is also carried out on-site. A reinforced concrete ring beam is often set at the top of the foundation to install embedded parts and increase foundation stiffness. In addition, the side wall foundation can also be mixed with independent foundation and strip foundation. The bottom surfaces of the two types of foundations can be located at the same elevation or set at different elevations according to the bearing capacity and effect; The independent foundation bears the force transmitted from the bottom of the greenhouse column, while the strip foundation is only used as a part of the partition component.
3. Basic construction precautions. During foundation construction, the correctness of column height and axis position should be ensured. Equipment, pipeline openings, and installations should be buried in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to chisel or damage the foundation after construction.
