Film-covered multi-span greenhouses

The connected greenhouse is an economical type of greenhouse, widely favored by users for its elegant arc design and low cost. The arched roof is aesthetically pleasing and offers smooth sightlines, with minimal steel usage in its structure and excellent thermal insulation. Its relatively low manufacturing cost makes it an affordable option, suitable for most regions in China. In northern areas, double-layer film greenhouses are commonly used, while single-layer film greenhouses are preferred in southern regions. It maximizes sunlight within the visible spectrum of 0.4-0.7 micrometers. When the double-layer film is inflated, it forms a thick air cushion, effectively preventing heat loss and blocking cold air intrusion. The use of double-layer inflatable film significantly enhances thermal performance and reduces operational costs. The top covering material consists of long-lasting polyethylene drip-free film, with an outer layer for UV protection and an inner layer for condensation prevention. The sides can be covered with either polyethylene drip-free film or polycarbonate hollow panels, depending on user requirements.
