1. Double layered skeleton. The greenhouse skeleton is divided into two layers, the outer layer is covered with transparent greenhouse film, and the inner layer is covered with waterproof insulation greenhouse film and insulation grass curtain. A rolling shutter machine and a film rolling machine are installed between the double-layer skeleton for easy insulation. The greenhouse wall has a thickness of 0.62m, a height of 4.3m, a span of 8.2m, and good lighting, which is conducive to heating up in winter.

2. Multiple layers of insulation. The insulation layer of the greenhouse has been increased from 2 layers to 4 layers, including the inner greenhouse film, grass curtains, outer greenhouse film, and a static air isolation layer between the outer greenhouse film and the grass curtains, creating an environment where air does not flow between the gaps of the grass curtains. Greenhouse grass curtains and inner film cover the inner greenhouse frame at night to provide insulation and cold protection.

3. Front and rear ventilation. There are two ventilation openings in the greenhouse, one at the front end of the outer skeleton and the other at the rear slope of the outer skeleton, for easy ventilation and cooling. The greenhouse grass curtain and inner film roll up during the day, and light enters the greenhouse through the outer film, in the same way as the lighting and warming method of a regular greenhouse after removing the grass curtain.

4. Mechanical and manual roller blinds. The greenhouse grass curtains are rolled up using a roller shutter machine, and the inner greenhouse film is rolled up using a film rolling machine. The roller shutter machine and film rolling machine are controlled by a wireless remote control system for rolling up. At the same time, the roller shutter machine and film rolling machine also have manual rolling up devices, which can be manually rolled up during power outages.
